I'd say the only pros are the nice people doing their everyday work (and work/life balance is good too).

Cons

Poor management and greedy set of mind. Salaries are ridiculous and the only thing that matters is what the owners can get. Are you a woman? Prepare to work twice as hard to be convincing. Are you not a Swede? Just don't say anything at all.
