The leadership at this clinic is just terrible. The counselors are under constant surveillance and cannot shut their office doors without supervisors swinging them open (sometimes during counseling sessions) and accusing them of goofing off. Caseloads are too big to provide quality care to patients. All focus is placed on growing the census and completing as many counseling sessions as possible. Way too many meetings for such a small facility. No investment in employee development (i.e. they won't pay for trainings or even allow you to attend free ones if they aren't required). Low pay and high expectations. I was instructed on several occasions to work off the clock if I was behind on my paperwork.

Poor management, creates hostile work environment by splitting staff. Poor decisions when hiring clinic directors for remote locations.
