The work is very interesting. Clients are impressive. Coworkers are good people.

Leadership is out of touch and hold employees to an extremely high standard while holding themselves to an extremely low standard. The firm has no direction or consistent vision. Long term outlook feels very doom and gloom. They love to overwork and underpay and are terrible at hiring middle management.
The clients of the firm are top notch people and a joy to work with.

The firm feels like it has no direction, and some pretty terrible management. It doesn’t really feel like a stable or safe place to be. unfortunately you have to be careful with whom you can trust.
