Pros
Do they have any pros to write here? The pros is the working people who share the same pain not getting paid.
Cons
It would be a book if I list their cons. In fact the two founders are cons. It's mandatory that they won't pay salaries to their employees. There is no ranking and respect for employee. From Security Guard to Engineers everyone is treated like animals. One founder doesn't have manners to talk. No matter how hard you try they will show a reason to block the salary. For travelling they pay like peanuts. In case you are on tour and want to return after finishing the job, they don't even arrange proper transportation. Employees returned from other cities through a sharing seats in train. Yes, that's what they offer to their employees. Most of the time their booking is like changing the train two-three times while returning from the journey. They treat employees like slave not human. Everyone is doing the same job. A software engineers bounds to do labor work if labor is absent. They don't even deserve one star.

One of the worst company I have ever seen. Nothing is good in this organisation. They are hiring candidates for one profile and assigning different different jobs to them. Engineers, Labours, Security, Driver, Peon, all are same in this company. Because everybody doing the same job. So no value for job positioning. Also they are not following any methodology for their project. So they are not providing their product to client at right time. Also very worst quality of product they are developing. So client satisfaction is not there. Only for that not a single client are giving project to them. The main thing is that they are not giving salary to employees. They are giving salary to once after 3 or 4 months as their wish. They are not processing any process. They always wants that human being should work like a machine for their company but end of the day they will say you have done noting. We have done mistake to hire you. You have completed your degree with help of cheat. You don't have any idea. Like that they are treating their employees. In simple word its not a company because they are not following any rules and guidelines of corporate sector, simply you can say it as a shop. Its worst than a shop also. Because at least in a shop also they are giving salary to their sells-man regularly.
Cons
Doing job is the next thing, I want to suggest the candidates that don't even attend the interview of this company. Also those organisations who wants to give their project to Addsoft don't do this, think for the other companies, otherwise you will be suffer, daily you will get problem in your project.
