      Pros

      Huge opportunity to learn Oracle cloud ERP as long as you know you are a quick learner. I got taught cloud from scratch starting with Task Manager, Projects functionality and transactional BI dashboard.

      Cons

      Short aggressive duration of projects which causes a lot of pressure and extra work. But good pay rate balances it out.

      Pros

      Given the freedom and latitude to thrive. Company always pays early or on-time. Provides challenging, yet dynamic work environment. Excellent chance for long term work and promotion.

      Cons

      Pace of project is more rapid than many of us are use to. Demands of client produce additional stress on team.

      Pros

      Good Higher Education focused company to work for. I was given the opportunity to work on Oracle Cloud ERP Release 11. Flat Management structure helps in reducing red tape and easy access to CEO.

      Cons

      Company only pays for travel and hotel expenses on my project and doesn't cover Food expenses as its a fixed price bid. Client doesn't cover food expenses either.
