An enjoyable and interesting time
Pros
During my time at Adflex, I reported to two people: Adflex's Commercial Director and CEO. The latter being Pat. Unlike most CEOs, Pat is involved in almost every part of day-to-day activities and pays key attention to product development, commercial opportunities and brand exposure. To summarise my experience, Pat pushed me and more importantly, trusted me to step out of my comfort zone and take risks, resulting in great success in both sales and marketing. I worked with Andy for eight years. Although he was my line manager and Adflex's Commercial Director, he treated me as his equal from day one and always backed my ideas and approach to opportunities and projects.
Cons
Like most businesses, different departments could improve internal dialogue and share success stories / challenges.
