Pros

Founders are good but are limited due to other business engagements

Cons

Company has great potential, but founders have self sabotage tendencies. Also involvement of too many people leading to lack of autonomy and abruptness in operations.

Toxic work culture with no benefits or growth opportunities

Pros

Other than some friendly colleagues, I don't think anything good about this company.

Cons

This is a LALA company with absolutely no real employee benefits. No medical insurance, no EPFO, nothing. Many of the rules make you feel more like a slave than an employee. You cannot question the management about anything; doing so can easily backfire. Micromanagement here is on another level. Your system is tracked constantly to check if you’re working or idle. You are expected to give an update on your daily work every 3 hours, and each of these meetings lasts for around 40 minutes. Despite spending hours in these meetings, you’re still expected to achieve all your targets and “perform at your best.” There is no real career growth here. Management often makes false promises about appraisals and promotions that never materialise. For cost-cutting, even company resources like official work emails are shared between employees. Salary delays are common. Management can hold your pay anytime under the excuse of “performance review.” There is zero job security. In weekly review meetings, the sentence “you will be terminated" is very common as a threat. Basic facilities are poor. There are seating and internet issues, but if you try to raise these concerns, management dismisses them as “excuses.”

Pros

- They pay good (as per industry standards)

Cons

- No training, no guidance, you are on your own - Management is unavailable most of the time, your ideas will go into vain, don't even try taking up initiatives.
