      Pros

      The work was challenging, but not too hard. It's easy to do while listening to music. Management is laid back.

      Cons

      Management seems to let people who have been there a long time do whatever they want. The culture does not foster career growth and it's not an encouraging environment. Management is absent mentally and lets people act unprofessionally.

      Pros

      Able to work a schedule that allows for family time. Family-owned and operated business.

      Cons

      Work in progress. They have great systems in place for their "work product", not so good at the management end of the business.
