CEO and his PE overlord must be carving out a nice package for themselves.

Cons

This place worked like a team before takeover. Now the new culture is survival mode. It brings out the worst in some people. Stab or be stabbed. Hard to trust, just watch your back and hope to survive.

None. All the good reviews are fake

Cons

They promote power hungry people and lie to the field teams to retain them until they are no longer useful after mergers. Management is talentless and they have lost everyone who actually embodies their (supposed) values. Overall you will be lied to.
