I have been working at Advics full-time (More than 10 years)

    Pros

Advics values their employees. Advics likes to hear about concerns they may have. Advics has quarterly meetings with employees to review financials and gainsharing status.

    Cons

There is not much to say to Advics. The only cons would be that there aren't any. No room for improvement.

    Advice to Management

Keep an ear on the floor and listen to what the workers are saying. Loosen up the pocket book and attribute minimums to attract more employees.
