      Highly capable and intelligent colleagues all wanting to be a force for good. Excellent opportunity to increase your understanding and appreciation of the industry and to network.

      Cons

      Predominantly remote working which is not for everyone. Also the nature of the work means you are not project based, so this is a big change for most engineers.

      Great work-life balance. Flat hierarchy, talented colleagues, an inquisitive environment open to challenges and all passionate about the sector. A very well-respected organisation in the industry. Colleagues and managers are very supportive. Key benefit is the willingness to invest in training courses annually based on interests.

      Perhaps due to the flat hierarchy and availability of new roles, progression can be limited
