Not really much to mention here unless you just want and are looking for that mom and pops feel of a small company .
Cons
Pay is industry low. Lowest paid commission on sales if any other similar provider. Company will change pay without warning especially on those that are high producers to add more profit on their side. Usually happens within 30-45 days. Upper level management is very poor. Boyfriend and girlfriend ran company that look for personal profit. Condone racial comments and treatment among workers and do not properly handle employees or managers that break industry golden rules. This company is maintained and operated by 2 upper level executives that toy and manipulate pay, benefits and employee wellbeing to suit their needs not company or employee.
