Pros

Most departments are flexible with work from home. If you end up in an area that’s not flexible then there’s no pros!

Cons

They are Shrinking staff because there’s no revenue. Operating on skeleton staff and keeping only the bare staff needed. So that means everyone is overwhelmed with excessive responsibilities. Everything is manual. They love manual stuff and run from automation. There are no annual bonus under Director level, no Christmas bonus. There is nothing extra. No perks worth mentioning. They sell discounted movie tickets but you cant ever buy because the HR employee that holds them is always working from home! There’s no future at this place. Taking a job here will be temporary. If you interview ask about the state of the company and how likely it is that you will be employed there next year. Ask how many employees have been laid off in the last year and how many others locations have closed. Then decide if you’d like to get on a plane knowing it going to crash and burn!

Pros

Good pay and benefits, 4 shifts to chose from. 12 hour shift. 8 hours overtime every other week. Week 1: 36 hours Week 2: 48 hours Roughly: 45,000/year base pay

Cons

12 hours is long, lots of physical work. Some days, very smooth, other days can be hard. Stressful. NEVER do this job while going to school.............!

Best image quality in industry Lots of room for growth Good R&D with knowledgeable support out of Belgium corporate office.

Cons

New leadership; changes in business model; mixed messaging; lack of clear communications and vision Only 2% US market share means many customers do not yet know Agfa. Lack of sales tools; internal resources are slow to get sales/marketing collateral to account teams. Large need for “aligned messaging” to prospects and clients. Disorganization; lack of structure
