I worked at Aim Computer Consulting as a contractor (More than a year)

    Pros

Good if you want to be in the consulting world. Very friendly, competent staff.

    Cons

None really, although more help figuring out COBRA would have been nice. My contract ended unexpectedly and the multiple deadlines for submission around COBRA were confusing. My benefits ended up getting cut off which was a hassle. They pushed me hard for a lower rate but I guess that's normal.

    Advice to Management

Develop more of a profit based incentive plan and/or company stock options.
