    Pros

    You get insurance (eye care, health care ) after a year and you also get airport experience and it isn’t a hard job to get

    Cons

    The salary should be more honestly because you do a lot of physical work, whether is be in the lobby or pushing wheelchairs all day

    I worked at Air Serv full-time (Less than a year)

    Pros

    - Good Summer job for youth, keeps you busy.
    - Teaches the value of a dollar.
    - Develop customer service skills.

    Cons

    - Very disorganized
    - Minimum wage
    - Never knew who my manager was, just did the work
    - Did not care if employees got to take their break.

    Multi million dollar corporation with plenty of opportunities for advancement

    Cons

    demonstrate no consideration for employee emergencies and too often switching schedule due to proxy bid of shift change which affect a single person, married couple and family alike which affect their other obligations.

    Advice to Management

    Needs to consider employee empowerment, meeting, seminar and educational program to orient employees to be a more productive worker which will create a safe and happy environment. In addition, help employees when there is a case of emergency that is legible such as family emergency, school, kids daycare, other work schedule etc....
