Jump from one project to another with no long-term plan of any kind, short deadlines with no review of the assignment at all. No management of any kind whereas they hire specifically junior staff like me. I was told the company would expand very soon while I was hired but I ended up being the only employee in Montreal and I had almost nothing to do for 8 months and 2 weeks, I finally was fired for no reason by an accountant of another company. Pathological and very toxic culture.
