1. Poor Management 2. Has unqualified project managers to handle and monitor projects 3. Behaves rudely at meetings if you cannot finish your task 4. No proper planning and analysis for a project, especially with the developers 5. Will keep switching you between projects and 6. You won't get any festival holidays if you are working on a client project. If you want to take those holidays, you have to apply for paid leave for them 8. No festival bonus 7. They don't provide the promised developement device. For example, developers are told that they will get a Macbook after completing the probation period but they won't get it
