If you will join this company. One thing you will achieve is good leadership skills. They do provide good accommodation for the employees with all the facilities.
Cons
The company doesn't value employees personal life. They don't focus on the employees growth. For this company guests are not important, only important is the management. The behaviour of the management is very poor. They will not give 1 month off if they are busy due to less staff. They don't pay you also for that.
