Very bad work environment. Micromanagement at its finest. There's a lot changes happen in very quick time. There's a lot workload beside of teaching, so many forms that you have to fill every week. You also got complained by larents of teacher. And imagine you only get paid 60k per hour !. With very low salary that never improves since I join, it's really not worth it. When you resign you also get ignored, the resign process is unclear. Everything is unclear. Think twice if you want to join this company. If you have better option please join other company. The communication is unclear.
