      Pros

      AITL’s solution is a good market fit, solving a lot of common challenges that are out there for event organisers. Pay is very competitive and it is a hard working team who want to progress and earn well. Social events to accommodate all Location is good in the middle of Wilmslow.

      The event tech market is very competitive so have to put in some extra hours at times but you’re rewarded d for it

      Pros

      All In The Loop gave me a solid platform to grow in B2B sales. I was trusted with client relationships early on, had the freedom to manage my own pipeline, and gained experience across the full sales cycle. Targets were fair, and success was recognised. When I broke my leg, the support I received was excellent—flexible working, adjusted responsibilities, and no pressure while I recovered. The leadership team is approachable, and the environment is fast-paced but supportive. A great place to further your career in tech sales.

      Cons

      Career progression isn’t clearly mapped out — you have to create your own path. Smaller team means workload can fluctuate depending on project volume.
