      Cons

      The compensation is extremely low and has not kept pace with the cost of living in Miami. Salaries have not been adjusted in years, despite increasing workload. Extremely high turnover, and very few employees stay long-term/left the company.

      Pros

      Learned a lot when starting out career in PR. Traveling is a perk but also lowkey an exhausting curse. During my era, the co-workers were my pride and joy and loved them.

      Cons

      Pay is quite literally miserable. Not much room to grow. Office environment went from amazing to toxic. Fully in office role.

      the people will always be the greatest asset this company has.

      Cons

      Once a decent place to learn and grow, but poor leadership decisions have turned an already mediocre company into a complete mess. • Pays well below market value. • Leadership lacks direction, empathy, and accountability. • The culture is cliquey and toxic unless you’re part of the inner circle, good luck. • Communication is performative at best, nonexistent at worst.
