      As far as security companies go, it's quality. Proffesional, expectations properly laid out, good environment. Good hours if willing to do varying sites/shifts

      Pros

      The only real pro of working for APS is the lack of micromanagers. Overtime is available, if you consider that a pro.

      Cons

      The biggest downsides are pay, benefits, and that dispatch will contact you late at night (even if you are day shift). If you want a raise or better benefits, find a different company. Don't waste your time with APS, they do not value you.
