Pros

- Forget early offer letters. Get ready for a surprise on your first day – it's like waiting for a gift on your birthday. - They're pros at coming up with weird rules. Your offer letter will read like a list of "what not to do." - Ever heard of the "21st to 20th payroll"? It's like a disappearing act for 10 days' pay. Poof! - Provident Fund? Nah, they're sticking with the startup vibe for a whole decade. - You'll have a 3-month tryout with no paid days off – just like being a newbie all over again. - A raise after the tryout? It's like finding a unicorn – sounds cool, but does it really exist? - Pay slips? Not their thing. Why know how much you're earning, right? - Get ready to be watched like a BIGG BOSS star with their mic-camera combo. Privacy? What's that? - Wanna take a day off? Ask the boss a week ahead, or be ready to lose your pay. - A software tracks your every click, and if you're even a minute short of 8 hours, they'll dock your pay. - Be a minute late? Consider yourself "absent." Logic? Who needs it! - "Sandwich leaves" mean you can't take a break on certain days. Because, why relax when you can be confused? - Be thrilled about working two Saturdays each month. Weekends are for the weak, right? - Celebrate 10 holidays that magically fall on Sundays. Coincidence? You decide. Personal Touches - The boss will have you running personal errands – like buying his stuff and selling his stuff. - With a changing team for a whole decade, stability is overrated, isn't it? Working here is like being in a movie – a comedy, drama, and thriller all in one!
