Work ever independently. President has no idea what you are doing. Extremely small, total of 7 people. Time goes fast since you have to do everything yourself.
Cons
President /manager is the worst person you will ever try to get along with. Clearly, has no idea how to manage people. Yells and screams to force employees into submission. Will not listen to common sense. He is grossly inept, inexperienced, unqualified to manage anyone or thing. TAKE EXTREME CAUTION if considering employment or any other form of involvement with this company.
