      Pros

      Management is great and doesn’t micromanage, which makes a big difference. They actually care about the team and are really flexible when you need it. If you’re willing to put in the effort, it’s a great place to make good money. Plus, they have awesome clients and solid relationships with them, which makes the work even better.

      Recruiting is recruiting, it’s what you make it.

      Pros

      This is by far the best staffing agency that I've worked for. We're provided all of the best tools and resources to maximize performance, we have more reqs than we could possibly support and more than enough schedule flexibility. We're fully remote, unlimited PTO and aren't micro-managed (so long as you're doing your job.)

      Cons

      Agency Recruiting is a grind. The work is tedious and can be challenging. But that's the industry and there's also a lot of financial upside to the industry.
