Understaffed Horrible Place To Work

Recommend

Business Outlook

Pros

None whatsoever lol lol lol

Cons

Worked there for about 10 months... The equipment is outdated and breaks down often. Place is micromanaged between 4-5 people at all times, the owner from Denmark doesn't care about anything other than numbers and her port magazine articles that nobody reads... Miranda and Jay are complete idiots who just bark out orders and push projects on a already struggling warehouse that's understaffed. I have witnessed multiple people quit because they tooooo were fed up with the quality of that place... What a Mickey Mouse Operation. What a joke. Losers

Pros

Great people to work with, including ownership and management. Can be very fast paced at times but it is rewarding work.

Cons

The industry is challenging right now and job security isn’t the best.

Pros

Good Health benefits. Great location

Cons

Low pay for the assigned position. Need a assigned smoking area away from the building, Driver should not smoke in the Truck. Back dock area is a gathering place where managers and associates stand around smoke and gossip.
