    Good engineering team, quick paced environment, steep learning curve

    Cons

    Lack of management and proper scheduling, long work hours, aggressive environment which works for some but not for everyone

    A lot of smart people. Can learn a lot from here. Raises are decent.

    Project after project. No break. Interesting characters still employed for some reason.

    Pros

    For the NAND and NOR gate, which one will be faster? How to size a NAND gate? What is the output value if an inverter is in series with a resistor and connoted to its input?

    Cons

    The output is a constant value Vdd/2, as the resistor will force two node to be the same since no current flow though and it also become a low pass filter.
