Fun, enthusiastic, knowledgeable group. Very focused on helping CTI Analysts be more efficient and identify threats & risk easily with less time spent "reading" to find cyber risk to their organization. Truly is a solution built by analysts for analysts. Good salary structure. 100% remote work opportunities. Unlimited PTO is accurate, time off for personal/family needs is not questioned. Generous holidays off.
Cons
Small company with growing pains and still trying to find their path regarding product roadmap. Customer feedback regarding product enhancements is difficult to get prioritized and get into the roadmap. Jira tickets ~ enhancements & product enhancement suggestions ~ are difficult to get to Product or Dev Team priority list. Customer relationships seem to focus on technical aspects, not on relationship building.
