Pros
Mike and the rest of the team are hands down some of the best quality people I've been blessed to have worked with throughout my career. They sincerely care about each person in the organization and are committed to everyone's success. Their Ai tech within the space they are pursuing is truly a class leading solution.
Cons
Small start up competing against deeply funded AI/ML companies that while they may not deliver the same solution within price optimization and most definitely at a higher price, due to brand awareness creates a challenge to gain interests.

English environment. Very competent staff. Homework.
Cons
There is no incentive for employee growth. They don't invest in certifications.
