    Pros

The compensation package isn't bad compared to other companies. The pay is pretty good.

    Cons

The problem with apollo is that as an employee your bounce back and forth in positions with in the company. Apollo works by obtaining contracts to other companies AR work. So you can imagine what happens when they don't have any contracts. When there's no contracts they place you in collections to call patient all day for money. When you go to the interview they fool you by making it seem like its the best company to work for and they always have contracts. Personally I'm pissed because i left a good company to go to a company that could careless of what your job qualifications is. There pay is pretty good, but the company is very unreliable when it comes to employment. So don't be intice by the pay and what they say during the interview. Once i find another job I'm never coming back to this company. You we're WARNED!!!!!!

    Advice to Management

Stop treating you employees like a ball that can be bounce anywhere!!!!

    Pros

    Nice team orientated projects
    Great self learning tools
Ability to use industry standard software & tools
Flexibility with shifts and time off

    Cons

While performance is recognized and praised at times, it is not calculated accurately into raises nor much considered when pursuing internal promotions.

    Advice to Management

Please take the time to sit with your employees and find out what issues they have. Re-evaluate your compensation tactics. Be better in your offering of opportunities to the majority and not the chosen few.

    Pros

The business has promise - outsourcing revenue cycle functions for hospitals.
Great place to work if you like food.

    Cons

Senior Management was out of touch with the real issues of the business.
Employees are not treated with respect.
Performance and salary reviews are not provided timely or at all.
Technology is antiquated and the IT department is entrenched in the old way of doing things.
The "new" system is not fully functional and is based on out-dated technology.
International outsourcing is used without client's knowledge.
    Compliance efforts are very weak.
Senior management reinforces bad business practices instead of correcting them.

    Advice to Management

Clean house. Update your management tool kit and get into the new millennium. Update your technology. Listen to your clients. Good luck.
