      Pros

      Phone and Internet stipend. Flex hours

      Cons

      No career development. Very hostile toward culture toward women. The founders talk a lot about empathy and have none. 1 week after the layoffs the president flaunts a luxury trip to Spain. A few weeks after that the CEO brags about his new Santa Monica mansion. Yikes They laid off about 25 people in February . . . giving them poor severance in a terrible job market. They have little runway left. Another example of nepotism at the helm sinking good idea.

      Pros

      Intelligent, kind, and people-focused leadership has set a culture that can't be beat. Great benefits for a small company, too! Very flexible working hours and ability to work from home.

      Cons

      Could use some more structure around expectations for each person's specific goals and objectives. Sometimes the democratic culture is almost overkill, with some decisions taking a very long time.
