      Agile environment. Fast paced. You will learn so much in a short time. Very innovative place.

      Cons

      Growth might be one sided. You could be on the same product for a while. Work life balance is also non existent.

      Pros

      Good, lively friendly people. You get to learn a whole lot of cool things(Programming related) Believe in young talent, they employ straight outta school students, and train them. Accommodation options available Performance bonuses. Superiors and team members work together cohesively. Amazing technologies built in-house. Fine office space. After working at appzone, people that leave find themselves in great companies.

      Cons

      Workload, there is always something to do. Sometimes you are asked to resume the office on Saturdays. Promotions are not consistent, most times you'll have to attempt to resign before they offer you salary increase/promotion. Punish staff a lot, HR/OPEX is really strict, give out violations/queries for little offences like coming late. Long meetings.

      Well structured sprint planning. Good work flexibility. Prompt salary payment

      Cons

      Outdated code base. Code base hard to maintain. Employee has to do several works that do not fall in line with being a software engineer. Time cosuming meetings.
