Pros

Their product involves a lot of interesting and challenging technology. All of their competitors that were start-ups have either gone out of business or been acquired.

Cons

The company is in a niche field in an industry where companies are consolidating. There really is not much long term prospect for the company besides being acquired.

Pros

It is a startup companies. For a graduate student, I have learned a lot beyond the things that I learn from school. People are nice and friendly to help.

Cons

No one is an expert in my area.

Pros

Initially there is a lot of learning due to the chip complexity. Work with a variety of teams including digital, back-end, DSP, analog, and custom teams.

Cons

Poor planning at the executive level. Unrealistic company and project goals. Budgeting issues due to funding causing project delays.
