Pros

Hours not too long. Training is very thorough. Good people to work with, though under a lot of pressure as very little staff in store.

Cons

No staff! In Ireland no support from field team, all covering the backs and terrified of the area manager. You have to do so many staff jobs little time to do yours.

Pros

They are moving forward in an attempt to compete with Amazon but are still a ways behind. If they can digitalise their business then the business will improve drastically

Cons

At the lower level they offer terrible working contracts that result in people working low weekly hours. Delivery shift workers have it the worst.
