Occasional disconnect between head office and hotel staff

It was almost every other day we had to stay overhours to finish working (cleaning) and we did not get paid for it. Sometimes it was even an hour and a half extra to a 5,5 hour long shift! I worked for another big hotel group after and that would never happen there. Also, denmark released employee support during COVID for employees on all contract types that would take your average monthly hours from past few months and cover your salary during lockdown. ARP Hansen did not pay that for "reserve" employees, but it also applied to us. It was mostly international people working on these position not speaking danish properly that were unaware of their rights and the company exploited that. They straight stole our money.
