For freshers, I would suggest focusing less on reviews and more on gaining experience—joining, learning, and moving on after 3–4 years could be beneficial. However, for individuals with significant family responsibilities, it may be wise to carefully evaluate the organization, gather feedback from others, and then make an informed decision.
