Exceptional flexibility with no rigid login/logout timings - employees have full autonomy over how they structure their workday with Hybrid working of 3 days in-office. Highly inclusive and cohesive work culture where people from diverse backgrounds feel genuinely welcomed and respected. Festive celebrations across religions and regions foster a strong sense of community. Leadership is extremely approachable and open to discussions, feedback, and support. Strong cross-functional support from HR (People & Culture), Admin, and IT teams ensures a smooth and employee-friendly experience from Onboarding to Exit. Transparent communication through regular all-hands meetings, check-ins, and open forums where employees are encouraged to ask questions and stay informed. Excellent work-life balance with generous leave policies (~28 days leave, weekends off, and additional holidays) along with a one-month work-from-home option. High-quality office amenities including nutritious and diverse food options (breakfast, lunch, snacks, and pantry) catering to multiple regional preferences. Pros

Cash-rich company backed by Fractal Analytics. Products are at a nascent stage, with several Fortune 500 clients already onboarded. Strong product pipeline with some promising offerings in development. Flexible work culture with hybrid and remote work options, provided mandatory office presence requirements are met. HR team is excellent and puts in a lot of effort to build and maintain a positive culture within the company. Colleagues are generally friendly and approachable. Complimentary snacks and lunch provided. On-demand cab facility available for late-night work.

Cons

As an early-stage company, there is some operational chaos; however, efforts are underway to bring in standardization and structure.
