Pros

None come to mind after seeing how they conduct themselves.

Cons

Absolutley no attention paid to your development as an employee. At least three different captains trying to steer the ship, all pointing in different directions, all while yelling at you to paddle faster while not acknowledging that they didn't provide you an oar. Severe disfunction at upper levels and horrible communication between departments. Design manager does not feel accountable to anyone and has no interest in elevating the design staff. If you are not family, or dating management, you are always the one that is wrong.
