Short Staffed, constant call-offs, busy clinics, no lunches, wages are low for all the work you must complete, management is awful, has a bad attitude, any "call off" results in your PTO being taken away, if you call off once or twice, that comes out of your 5 days worth of PTO, making that summer vacation nonexistent
