I worked at Astronics full-time (More than a year)

    Pros

Great leading edge technology in avionics communications. Interesting work.

    Cons

High turnover rate of managers/supervisors. Lacking feedback, workplace observations, understanding of work process, interest, or support.

    Advice to Management

Do not jump to conclusions without personally observing work being performed.
Talk to the person before, during, and after a task. Allow them to speak and treat them as you would like to be treated. Put away the cell phone and pay attention.

I have been working at Astronics full-time

    Pros

Very supportive environment when you have suggestions or questions about how or why something is done. Tom V. and the production supervisors I work with are really great people that make my job enjoyable. Every other Friday off is awesome and the bonuses are quarterly. Good amount of time off during the holidays.

    Cons

I don't have any cons to list at this time.
