      Pros

      Awesome and helpful coworkers. They have a normal schedule and do not demand anything out of the norm that wouldn't expect. You can really learn a lot here.

      Pros

      Laid back office atmosphere. Not stressful.

      Cons

      Somewhat boring place but nice office. Pay is not great and not much mobility unless you stick around waiting for the dinosaurs to die out.

      Pros

      Co-workers all really awesome, which is rare. Well Kevin the manager was personable treated you like an adult. Sherry the Supervisor super amazing knows her job inside and out and over the top helpful.

      Cons

      The workload is over the top You absolutely cannot do all that is required of you there is no way. You pretty much skate by and correct as customers find corrections that weren't corrected as well as work in a mini call-center environment as well as respond to group emails addressed to you.
