      gained some good experience with test development, methodology, novel techniques flexible hours good salary

      Cons

      dysfunctional management, very focused on personal gain rather than providing useful information for patients and providers didn't feel like input was valued

      Pros

      Went into this job thinking it would be a good work environment and would make a difference in women's lives. Gained good work experience and learned how to work with very difficult personalities. Also learned how capable I was to do things beyond my level of comfort.

      Cons

      People quit and get fired left and right, there is no company culture and relationships between employees are discouraged because of management insecurity. People are only hired into management positions because they are friends or family of the CEO. VERY poor management structure, product is a lie (does not do what it claims to, cannot detect cancer) and FDA constantly writes letters to company about non-compliance.
