      Pros

      Good pay, convenient location. Coffee and snacks. Great colleagues although not everyone will be your true friend. Making good and healthy relationships with colleagues and employees are highly not encouraged.

      Cons

      Be expected to be terminated over no reason. Micromanagement Management misleading each other every day.

      Room for lots of growth in the company, only limited by your own potential. 4 day work weeks. Company really appreciates and recognizes good workers.

      Cons

      10 hr days can be a bit long sometimes, can be a challenging job to learn.

      Pros

      I've been working at Auctionmaxx for over 6 years now and there have been a lot of positives over that time. The schedule of working 4 days and having a 3 day weekend is amazing, and having a shutdown over the winter holidays is great as well. It's a fast paced environment, which suits me well, and for the 4 working days it's go go go. After being with the company for over 2 years they offer profit sharing, which is a nice quarterly bonus to receive. The workplace environment is very positive and theres a lot of good people working here, which makes the longer days pass by quickly. Overall it's been a great place to work and I look forward to continuing with them

      Cons

      The biggest downside for me would be the temperature during the hot and cold months, it is a warehouse environment so it's as expected, but as long as you layer up in the winter and dress down in the summer there isn't to much of an issue.
