I agree with many of the comments. This company is top heavy with too many execs. There are 5 marketing executives. it's not clear what each of them does. Company keeps changing direction. Its very political and people are stabbed in the back. This is the cutlure here and how people advance their career. Morale is terrible because hard work is not rewarded. It's all about politics, who you can blame, and taking credit for other peoples work. I've worked at many places and some of these problems I've seen at other places, but here it is extreme. the culture here is not attuned to the competitive landscape or setting employees up for success and productivity. it's really about blaming others to get ahead. the result is a company that took 10+ years to get a product out even though it sets aggressive timelines. you can see how much time is wasted due to inept management.
