I have been working at Austin Commercial full-time (More than 3 years)

    Pros

Culture, benefits, employee ownership. Co-workers work well with each other and find ways to think out of the box to compete projects successfully.

    Cons

With very large companies it can be difficult to maintain employee enthusiasm and commitment. Started working for this company and after 2 years they closed the local office and trying to get back to Texas and make employees travel more.

    Advice to Management

Also work to take on the little jobs to stay local.
