The only good thing about ARC is the food and they benefit package.

But I'd you think you're supported by management you better look somewhere else. They expect the Techs to give 110% and they wont even say thank you. The clients they allow are not all Substance abuse. Some need special care and they techs are expected to deal with all of that and get under paid.
