I worked over 2 yrs at this firm and learnt a lot of things. Some are mentioned below, a. I realized how much better my ex boss was. b. What great learning and career advancing opportunities I had in all other places except here.

Cons

This might become a long list unless I lose interest midway. 1. Don't work for this firm if you have any other comparable opportunity. 2. There is no work culture in this firm at all. 3. The executive management is the worst and everyone has an inflated ego with a wrong notion of being the best in the world.

None, they were very unprofessional.

Cons

I was told by a member of their HR team that I was basically all but a shoe-in for the finance job that I applied for at Authentix. Then all of a sudden, one week later, I get a call from Authentix saying that at the last minute, they had decided to re-examine the department and chose to instead loom for “more senior” candidates with “a few more years of experience”. I had turned down another position out of anticipating an offer from Authentix.

The management I love but they are really clueless about engineering. They are great business leaders (i hope) but they don't have startup knowledge.
