      -Tightknit Russian/English speaking office -Located in an easy to commute area -Closing deals in general is a lot of fun

      Cons

      -Finding good leads is hard, it helps a lot to have a good knowledge of car pricing -Proceed with caution when closing a deal, you don't want to be in a situation where you didn't know about a caveat because you forgot to ask the appropriate questions
