The pay is extremely low especially if we are basing off how much work one is given.. AutoManager lied on their job posting that the start pay is $17. After signing my final paperwork I noticed that I would be getting paid $15 an hour. I asked about this and was told that the ad was incorrect but due to hardship I accepted the $15/hr.
The amount of work I was given was more than my previous contract job that paid more. The CEO is clueless 9/10 of the times until he notices that profit are low. The sales rep sell the product but don't have an ounce clue of what the software actually does. How do you sell something you don't know?
Many people including myself was told we got a .25 cent pay raise for doing a good job but that is all a facade. Due to state regulations they have to do this or they would be paying people under the minimum wage.
After 2 years. One of the programmers quit and I took their place but still got paid minimum wage even picking up someone else responsibility on top of my tech support position. After 4 years being with this company I resigned due to getting a better offer by Amazon as a Cyber Analyst.
Stay away from this company unless your desperate.

Annual raise not quite there, inflation increased by 10% this year, but my raise doesn't reflect the rise in inflation, so technically I'm making less relative to when I started
