Pros

Amazing colleagues, flexible schedule, remote, four day work week, managers that actually care, focus on growth (personally and professionally), mental health coach anyone can talk to (free of charge during working hours)...I can go on and on, but throughout my career I have dreamed of working for a company that keeps the focus on employees...and at AutoUncle I am living the dream.

Cons

Being remote is sometimes a bummer because I don't see my colleagues as often. Additional perks would be nice for remote employees as well, but as the company grows I notice more and more being implemented

Pros

I have been working for AutoUncle for around 7 years at this time and except for the amount of colleagues I've gotten, not much have changed in the way that we/ I work. From day one I have been given responsibility for important tasks for the company and has been given the freedom to decide how I want to work, but have also found that if I needed help or guidance I could get it from my manager or even top management. Many also think that the Most human part is just something that is said and not something that is put to use, but it actually is! There is much focus on how we work best as individuals, how to work most efficiently within our limits and have a healthy worklife/ homelife balance. Socially we are very close as colleagues. In my team we often plan events, just because we really like to spent time together. Also on a company level there is planned both physical and virtual events with social activities. To sum up, AutoUncle is for you if you want to: - grow personally and professionally - have a great worklife/ homelife balance - be close to your colleagues and create new friendships

My teammates are amazing humans and talented professionals. They are always willing to help out, teach and assist daily. The opportunities to grow within the company are endless. Whether you're seeking inner peace, career advancement, or simply looking for ways to enhance your overall well-being, this company has something for everyone. I highly recommend giving it a try.

Good colleagues and teams, everyone is very supportive of each other Nice to be able to work from other offices (Germany, Italy, Denmark)

Management is very involved in day-to-day operations which creates a lot of pressure and unreasonable expectations Monthly 1:1 with your manager, quite intense and personal (in a bad way) People have been fired for disagreeing with management

Honestly, a place I would suggest everyone to work for! Very friendly and international environment. The management is ALWAYS available and really happy to get any feedback. Fully transparent comunication from top to bottom and vice-versa. The management truly care about the private life of the team making sure there is always a high standard of work-life balance. In AutoUncle happens often that money is less important than the human capital. Forward thinking strategy

Cons

The company is scaling very quickly and has a "start-up attitude". This is obviously a good thing but sometimes it can happen that there is a bit of confusion (new colleagues every month, new markets, new products/projects that you not aware of).

* It employs some of the smartest minds, you work with great people * No bulls**t approach * You are empowered to seek the best solutions * Transparent communication from the leadership, lets everyone participate * You get to address together with your manager the issues that concern you

Cons

* Can get a bit chaotic sometimes * Your colleagues are caring, but you also need to be self aware - to know when to take breaks, not to overwork, to say no sometimes (which is perfectly fine) * (not really a con, but an observation) You are expected to deliver the best you can (though still not at the expense of your own well being)
